If at any time, you are not satisfied with the service you have been provided with you may request a cash refund by simply notifying Bugaboo Pest Control, in writing stating your reason for your decision. Upon receiving such notice Bugaboo Pest Control will present you with a cash refund , within 30 days, determined on a prorated basis, for the remainder of time in this warranty or re-treat at no charge (which ever you prefer)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Bugaboo Pest Control certifies that the structure, located at the address listed above, has been inspected and treated for CARPENTER ANTS in accordance with State laws and regulations. All homes are treated with approved EPA materials and procedures. In the event that CARPENTER ANTS are observed during the warranty period, Bugaboo Pest Control will treat the affected areas, when called upon to do so by home owner, at NO CHARGE. Please note: It is not unusual to observe a few carpenter ants trailing in from the outdoor environment during certain high activity months of the year. If five or more ants are observed indoors, on a daily basis, the home should be checked and treated as necessary. In some instances more than one treatment may be necessary. There is no charge for this service during the warranty period. This agreement pertains only to the existence of CARPENTER ANTS as pests and does not pertain to the damage caused there from. In the event that structural alterations need to be made to the structure being treated, such as drilling holes in wall or removing insulation, additional repairs resulting there from will be made at an additional cost and will be negotiated on a separate basis from this agreement. All such repairs are not apart of this agreement. It is agreed that any claim or lawsuit resulting from the service provided in this agreement shall be limited to the amount charged for the service in this agreement. This warranty is valid only to the person or persons at the stated address and who has signed this agreement.
